Spicy Sausage and Bean Hotpot

I wanted to use up some veg from yesterday's roast and had a load of new spuds cooked so i came up with this....

Serves 2

4 Quorn Sauages (FREE ONE)
Tin of Baked Beans
Tin of Chopped Toms
2 tbsp hot chilli powder
Cooked New Spuds.


Brown off the sauages and cut up.
Add 2 tbsp of chilli powder to tin of toms and mix, add to cooking dish then add the baked beans....mix, add chopped sauages and cut new spuds up and lay on top of mixture.

Bake till hot and crispy ......Enjoy!
 
SOunds nice, a bit like 'cowboy pie' or 'windy pie', but I actually wouldn't have thought of using the spuds liek that without an actual topping, so thanks!
