I've decided it would be helpful to keep a food diary, for accountability and all that jazz. I'm doing EE at the moment, though quite a lot of my days would probably fit into green as I don't eat masses of meat. I'm breastfeeding at the moment, so get 6 hexs, in case that causes any confusion! Advice and comments very welcome.
Breakfast- 2x cauldron sausages 1/2 syn each, trimmed bacon, 1tsp flora
light 1 syn, 90g wholemeal bread, 1 1/2 x hexb, coffee made with 150ml skimmed milk 1/2 hexa, banana.
Lunch- jacket potato with tuna, sweetcorn, and 30g grated cheese (hexa), large side salad. Apple, satsuma, & mullerlight.
Dinner- teriyaki salmon (3syns) with sesame noodles (1 syn) and sugarsnap peas. Grapes.
Snacks- mullerlight and banana, sugar free jelly (1/2 syn), 4x bear yoyos hexb, curly wurly (6sys), hot chocolate (2yns)
total syns 14 1/2
exercise- 1 hr brisk walk with the pram.
