Well today is day one on slimming world, extra easy so lets start as I mean to go on and write a food diary
Day 1
Breakfast: back bacon trimmed
2 weight watchers danish sliced bread (Hexb)
ketchup (1 syn)
Lunch: Pasta n Sauce, Chicken & Mushroom
Banana, melon
Tea: 2 egg omlette, with onions & mushrooms
3 hot dog sausages, chopped into omlette (3 syns)
Snacks: Mullerlight mandarin, cadbury buttons (4 syns), 375mls skimmed milk (Hexa)
Really enjoyed today and looking forward to the rest of the week.
