    Hiya

Just wondered if anyone does this and if it helps with hunger? I am hungry pretty much every 3 hours at the mo and was thinking of doing this but not sure how it works, can i put say 200ml of water with half a pack, 6 times a day?

Does this affect weight loss if you do it this way?

As far as I know, as long as the packs are dry(as in the substance) you can divide them.

No Problem splitting them provided you have them all, just be sure to reseal the pack as best you can, If its anything like LL you have consume once opened in about 3 hours. Break down of vits and mins occurs, but of course you need to check with your CDC.

I always split my packs when I did Cambridge. Didn't like the thought of going too many hours without anything.

Having 6 meals (I did SS with 3 packs) meant that it was never too long before I was due something else :)
