sponge fingers/boudior biscuits ?syns

I have some sponge fingers left over from making a christmas trifle.

They are low cal for a biscuit at just 23 cals each- does anyone know the syn value- these ones are sainsburys own, the little finger ones dusted with sugar on one side.

I did a sort of banana thing with them for dessert, sliced banana, topped with vanilla muller and a sprinkle of cinnamon and I crushed up a boudiour biscuit on the top, was very nice!
