ok started at 12st 12lb.. im only 5.4 so not good! this makes my bmi 30.9 :cry: this is defo not good as i have a lot of health issues so being over weigh has to change asap xx

started s/w on 3/5/12 and my first weigh in is 10/05/12 fingers crossed i start as i mean to go on xxx

Good luck for your first weigh in. You're at the same BMI as me...I have some health issues I need to resolve by losing weight too

unfortunately loosing weight wont resolve mine.. but im hoping it helps them .. loads! lol
