spray oil/butternut squash

what is the oil spray you all use that is zero points? also is butternut squash zero points? is there a list of zero point food on this forum anywhere?

BNS is 0 points yes.
I bought the WW oil sprayer fill with my fave oil and its ½ point per full spray.

our class leader said last week only the 1st six sprays are free then you need to point it

We chatted about Frylight this week at our meeting and I don't think any of us will use it anymore!!! Apparently if you open it and look inside it is disgusting and if you knew what was in it you def wouldn't use it. I threw mine out and am going to buy the WW spray bottle. At least you know what is in it and it goes further. Hope this helps.
