Spread for baking.

Spent the best part of last week sifting through and copying recipes from my ever growing pile of WW mags. A lot of the recipes say use a low fat baking spread but all the ones i have looked at say not suitable for baking. Which spreads do you use?
 
I use the dairy free pure sunflower spread for baking. It's something like 78% less saturated fat than butter.
