Red Days Square/Flat sausage syns on Red/Extra Easy???

Well today is my second day on slimming world.

Yesterday was green so today is going to be red day!

Can anyone tell me what the syn value is in square/flat sausage??? Soooo want some with my full English breakfast!!!
