Week 3, Day 3 (EE):

Breakfast-
Oats so simple (HEB)
100ml semi milk (2 syns)

Lunch:
Pear
Veggie soup
Banana

Dinner:
Pasta, chicken, bacon, mush, peppers onion, salad, passata and spices

Extras:
3 mini babybel light (HEA)
Apple
Baileys 40ml (6.5 syns)

Total: 9.5 syns

Bacon was a bit fatty, so maybe should count it as the rest of my syns...
 
Week 3, Day 4 (Green):

Breakfast-
Oats so simple (HEB)
100ml semi milk (part HEA)
1 tsp sugar (1 syn)

Lunch:
Veggie soup

Dinner:
Chilli (mince, onion, pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, spices, etc) and rice (mince HEB)

Extras:
3 mini babybel light (HEA)
Banana
Fat free yoghurt
500 ml red wine (17 syns)
Special K cereal bar (4 syns?)

Total: 22 syns

Too much wine, but I'll try to be better tomorrow !
