Hello! I started going back to the gym in week 2, just light stuff at 1st, swimming/ walking etc.. Just letting my body tell me when to stop.

I'm now starting week 6 & I do 3 hour long sessions plus kickboxing each week - personally that suits me as it's back to my old routine but you should do whatever you feel comfortable with, don't ever overdo it or you might make yourself ill.
Thank you. I am into week 2 and do feel I have the energy to go so will see how some light sessions go.
