Step 1 Sole Source SS but having plus days?

My consultant says I can add some SS + days in if I wanted. Any one do this? If so does it have an effect on how you feel? Thanks in advance! P
 
I've been doing ss with adding in 2-3 step 2 meals a week and lost 4 lbs on average per week. Didnt affect me at all.

week one- 17 1/2 pounds week two- 4 1/2 lbs week three- no weigh in week four- 11 lbs week 5- 5 1/2 lbs week 6- 4 lbs week 7- 1 lb week 8- 10 lbs week 9- 4.5 lbs week 10- 3.5 lbs wk 11- 2 lbs wk12- 6.5 lbs wk 13- 2.5 lbs wk 14- 2.5 lbs wk 17- 3.5 lbs wk 18 - 5 lbs week 19 - 5.5 lbs week 21 - 1.5 +
 
I started off having SS and then started having a few SS+ meals and it wasn't long before all of my days were SS+ just because it's very difficult to go back once you start having actual food. In terms of losses I don't think it makes any difference. My consultant said maybe 1lb < a month or something really small like that so it's really up to you if you want to have food or not but losses wouldn't be the deciding factor.
