i dont think it would have the same results because the key to this diet is ketosis and if u have 'normal' food it will knock you out of ketosis so everytime u go back to the diet u will have the struggle of getting into ketosis, which takes about 3-4 days. However someone else may disagree. Have u fort of doing a higher plan, 810 for example, 3 shakes and a high protien meal.
