Hi all im new to this forum and wondered whether you could help me. Im currently on week 4 on SS and in total have lost 19lb :D. I am very pleased with that! But my CDC said this week I am to add a meal, so SS+. I don't feel I need this step yet and am quite happy to carry on with the three shakes, but is it important to go to this step now or can I wait another couple of weeks?
In a way I don't want to jeopadise what I have lost so far.
I do eat a bit of cucumber every day too.
Your answers would be much apreciated

You don't have to do SS+. In fact, strictly speaking (well...according to the newish Cambridge book), you can stay on SS until week 13. Having said that, your CDC might be keen on you trying out a bit of food every few weeks so that you don't develop a 'fear' of it.

You need to discuss it with her really. Do you have the book that you can refer to, the newer one? Or do you have the old book that doesn't mention SS+?
