I've had chicken with broccoli/cauliflower with little bit of chilli soup made into sauce
Also like half portion of chicken with mushrooms with either half portion of cottage cheese or 1 egg (made into omelette or scrambled egg with a splash of milk)

Quorn mince with mushroom and a tomato cd soup mixed in (it's like spag Bol)
ooh, blimey - cue ears pricking up for forthcoming 810 week. i wasn't interested really, in making anything complicated... but bolognaise is like ambrosia to me. i miss it so much.

Just made an awesome dinner. Put the spicy tomato soup in a cup added some spices like: cumin, coriander, chilli powder, garam masala added a bit of water so it's not too runny and poured it over chicken leeks and mushroom.

Just like curry!!! Yum!

Have found several recipes work on SS+ a nice chive and spring onion omelet with curry powder, or a tasty meal using either quorn mince or chicken pieces dry fry them then add a cup of boiling water with mixed in curry or garlic powder pour over the already frying quorn and simmer till evaporated the quorn will absorb most of the
Moisture and will give it a nice flavourful taste
