    I'm quite disappointed with my green and white tonite :sigh: I have just eaten just under half a tin of tuna with cucumber and lettuce and omg never eaten anything as dry in my life! Could have had a bit more tuna but i used a small plate and it looked like loads. On the upside, i had to drink almost 750mls of water to help me swallow it!

    add a bit of fat free dressing to it, thats what i do

    oh thanks, i didnt read that bit in my book, must have overlooked. Which one do you use?

    i use the ceasar salad one from morrisons, their own eat smart make.
    had less cals and stuff in it than even the kraft light one

    Healthy eating and working out
    I add a bit of vinegar to the tuna and it tastes yummy, also I have half of my allowance of tuna and half my allowance of cottage cheese sprinkled with black pepper and that is yummy and not dry at all
