So I get weighed on Thursday but I have 3 meals to plan so I am having:

Cottage cheese with cucumber and lettuce Monday lunch

chicken and mushroom soup (made with reduced salt bouillon) Tuesday night.

Chicken, mushroom and spinach stew Wednesday night :)

Yay!!

Cannot wait!

Mmmmm I love my SS+ meals! I love having courgette and spinach omelettes and mushroom ones :)
