It would have made the diet impossible for me, because I needed to abstain from food, but for other people it the only thing that keeps them able to stick with it.

Some days I do love a cooked chicken from Asda with watercress & cottage cheese. This is like my treat meal even though it's part of the plan but off my emergency list.
