Is is possible to use the S&S meals instead of the SS+ food? x

I'm guessing you're talking about 'slim and save' meals, and I'm guessing they're very different in content and can't be exchanged like for like..

but I'm just doing a bit of research on it now :)

x

ok, from what I've read so far, you would stay in ketosis but they don't necessarily have the right combo of nutrients. If you're on ss+ because you're not eligible for ss (eg you need four pack because of your height etc), then it might be unhealthy.

this is what others were saying last week:

http://www.minimins.com/cambridge-diet-forum/263152-cambridge-products-slim-save.html

(when you're reading the link, be aware that CD meals are available but they're definitely not for ketosis.. they're for higher steps)

that's as much as I've found out so far.. I'd have thought any official cambridge wp consultant would say it's best not to, but I'm not sure of any reasons why at the mo...

let us know what you do and how it goes x

Your right Enough, Im trying to find out more about it. Really hope I can... I wok evenings so dont finish until 10 some nights so coming home cooking is a pain, would much rather a quick micro meal lol x

I'm on ss+ and I don't think of the 'green and white' as a meal - a couple of spoonfuls of cottage cheese and a chunk of cucumber.. I think of it more like a normal CD pack, but more convenient and more tasty :)

Hi

Where do you get slim and save meals?

Thanks

Don't know of this will help anyone but I am on SS and do occasionally have a Cambridge meal in the evening (maybe 2-3 a week) I know this isn't recommended but it's what I find fits around my lifestyle. Last week I lost 5lbs.

Regarding ketosis they do knock me out but I am back in by the morning after the meal so no harm done really.

Yes I agree my looses would probably be a few pounds more if I didn't have the meals but like I said they work for me so just thought I would share x
