Hi all
Been a bit peaky since Sunday night. Got sent home from work on Monday afternoon and saw the doctor today - respiratory infection. Yay!
I figure my body might need a few more calories than normal to help fight this off. I've been on Lighter Life Total for the past 9 weeks and officially started CD SS this morning. I decided to give myself 125g of chicken last night, with a little bit of balsamic vinegar - I wanted the extra cals, but wanted to stay in ketosis and also wanted something in my stomach other than shakes as after swallowing a lot of phlegm I had started to feel a bit sick!
I was thinking of doing the same tonight - do you think this is a good idea? I'd ask my CDC but she's on holiday at the moment.
