i just can't wait to lose weight!!!
It is although I just buy a really nice pair of jeans and now they look stupid again, but yeah amazing to feel the sizes dropping down and things getting baggy!!

OMG!!!!! Just weighed myself and have put the weight lost back on already!! Just shows that if you don't follow through the loss means nothing!!
i have 25 days until my holiday - 25 days which will determine wether I have a fab holiday or miserable struggling with what to wear and how I look!

Stace the majority of that will be water and will go quickly just stay focused. If it came to it and you need to nibble then egg or chicken is what will get you through. You can do this hun. Plz believe in yourself!!

I have a fridge full of eggs! Lol I might just boil a couple up and sit them in the fridge so if I want them they are there - I prob won't then - bit weird like that lol

Thank uou! Major hunger pangs today but seeing as I've been eating that's to be expected. Drink as much water as possible today to combat the 'water weight'
My house is upside down so much to do lol but I'm holding out. Usually do everything in the morning but going to play with boys this morning and do housework this afternoon to keep me busy (and do that grout) gggrrrrr lol
Yes eggs will be my friend today if I need something. In really looking forward to my strawberry shake filled with crushed ice today!!! Mmmmm hold out as late as possible for that ;-)

Also!! You weighed very early! Y dint you let ur body settle? Lol I don't weigh before 11am my body doesn't like it haha x
8am is my optimal weigh time! This has been carefully monitored lol
By 11 I've drunk two litres of water which won't help me lol
Hunger is a weird thing. It's gone now because I ignored it. How can that be? Lol if your hungry you eat so why feel hungry if you obviously didnt need food? I hate my body ha ha
Hiya. I hope you don't mind me gate crashing but have read through the whole of your diary. I'm going for my first meeting with my consultant tonight and am a bit nervous about it. I really want to lose weight and need to lose as much as I can in18 days as we just booked a spontaneous trip to Cyprus. Reading your ups and downs is inspiring as its clear your willing to get back on it.
My step mum introduced me to the Cambridge diet as she has been on it for 7 weeks and has lost 20lbs and suffers with an under active thyroid, so this is really good news for her. She is starting to look really nice and I can't wait to be at the same!
Any advice on what products I should buy tonight?

Yea I don't drink any water until I weigh unless I decide not to weigh on a particular day lol
I hate how the body works too! Very frustrating x
Think I will try a few different things. Luckily I have the support of my fiancé as he said he'd pay for it if I made sure I stuck to it. Not sure if he's doing it for me or doing it so he doesn't have to look at my fat arse anymore lol.
September 2012 i started weight watchers and lost 21lbs by Christmas but then put it all back on. I am pretty much at my original weight of 14st 8/9ish. I was 9-10st when I met my fiancé (bearing in mind I was only 15) so I'm not really sure what my overall goal is. I'm worried to say a size 10 would be unrealistic lol
