Simple Start Day Two

Breakfast:
Bowl of puffed wheat with skimmed milk, 1 banana, 1 satsuma & grapes.

Lunch:
Homemade tomato & red lentil soup. Ham & tomato sandwich & grapes.

Chilli with brown rice & homemade chips.

Sweet Treat:
Fat free Hartleys apple & watermelon jelly, fresh strawberries, 1 WW yogurt (Treat 1).

food looks great!

I have quite a bit on for next week so will do a mix of f&h and PP but from the Tuesday after which will be first week of august I might do a week of SS as I quite like the idea of 2 treats

It's movie night for me & Hubby so it can only mean one thing. Homemade popcorn. I love making it & watching it pop & bounce in the pan lol!! Think I made too much tonight as the lid nearly lifted ?
Popping corn is free on SS/F&H.

Day Three Simple Start

Brunch:
Pitta B.L.T
2 WW wholemeal pitta breads with bacon medallions, lettuce & tomatoes.

Dinner:
Roast chicken, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, 2 tsp of gravy granules (Treat 1). Small of glass of wine (Treat 2).

Movie Snacks:
Homemade popcorn, watermelon & grapes.

I had no idea what to cook for dinner tonight so I'm doing abit of a "throw together" meal which will consist of leftover chicken from yesterday's roast, brown rice cooked in chicken Bovril, mixed veggies cooked in spices, sliced Cajun potatoes. Then mix it altogether with some passata, top with cheese & serve with crisp salad & WW wraps. Wish me luck lol!

Simple Start Day Four

Breakfast:
Puffed wheat with skimmed milk & a banana.

Lunch:
2 slices of Hovis wheatgerm with tinned tomatoes & fried egg.

Dinner:
Brown rice cooked in chicken Bovril, chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms, passata, 50g WW cheese (Treat 1), sliced potatoes & salad.

Treat 2 was a WW caramel chocolate wafer.

I also went to Asda last night & stocked up on some more WW goodies ready for another good week on plan.

Was pleased to finally get hold of the WW poppadoms, naan breads, WW Greek style flavoured yogurts and some more caramel wafers.

I'm off out for lunch this afternoon with my mum and little sister. This could be tough as eating out is usually where I fall lol!! But I'm determined to stick with it xxx

Simple Start Day Five

Breakfast:
I did plan to have duck egg and crumpet soldiers but the egg was off lol!!
So instead I had crumpet soldiers with 2 tsp of WW jam (Treat 1).

Lunch:
I went out with my mum and little sister today for lunch at Toby Carvery. I had a small roast turkey dinner with lots of vegetables & abit of gravy which I've classed as my Treat 2. I had no Yorkshire pudding, no stuffing and no dessert too. I had a Diet Pepsi.
We then went into Nottingham to do abit of shopping in Victoria Centre. I had a Diet Coke when we stopped off for a drink & bought some new Bare Minerals make up. I absolutely love the stuff.

On the way home traffic was horrendous so we stopped by Subway even though my mum fancied getting a Chinese lol. God I love their subs but choose a turkey & ham salad with no dressings and no cheese.

Tonight I had a late dinner with my Hubby.
Wholemeal pasta bake with bacon and onion with abit of fat free cottage cheese.

I'm pleased to say my halo is shining. I usually really struggle to stick to plan when I'm out and about but very proud of myself today.
Here's some photos of me, my mum and my little sister taken today - I didn't mind having my photo taken now I've got some Bare Minerals make up lol!

My weigh in is Thurs at 6:15pm.
I've had 19 weekly points so far as I've been on Simple Start so I'm really pleased with that. Fingers crossed I get a loss xx
