yeah i didn't eat tomatoes when I first did Atkins successfully so no toms for me this time either. Not even missing them now. No tomato is better than the feeling I'll get when I reach goal!

Not sure really, I do know the '72 version was much stricter than later versions Ransch

Right I can quite happily live without tomatoes!!
Have cut out the bars (Got some funny looks in the office eating Pork scratchings for breakfast hehe)

I guess diet drinks and squash are the next thing!

My Atkins 72 is waiting at the postal delivery office for me. So on that note, I will not cut tomatoes out...

I have developed a love for tomato purée lol
