Hello, not sure if this is the right place for it but we'll see, I go to the gym regularly, however I only lift weights due to my stamina being really poor, I've been trying to crank it up a bit, but not much seems to work, I've tried to take regular walks aswell but that doesn't seem to help either, no matter what I do, if I step on a treadmill I'm sweating and extremely exhausted after just about half a minute, so my question is, what can I do to increase my stamina? Do I have to force myself to keep going or are there other ways?
