Hey everyone.

I started PP today after a few years of SW. I'm enjoying it so far but struggling through due to lack of food in the house! I'm going to do a shop tomorrow, what do you recommend getting that are essential to having a great 1st week?

Hi

I'm just at the end of my first week. Don't know how I've done yet but I haven't felt hungry. I planned all my meals and followed it to the letter. I have had chicken salad for lunch most days, then we've had meals like pasta and meatballs, chicken and chorizo jambalaya and curried lamb skewers. All completely yummy and the whole family have eaten them.
