Hi all. Ive been on slimming world for a few weeks now and everything going well.
However I'm starting to notice a bit of a pattern the week before star week. I could eat like a horse ! I always seem hungry. I just wanted to know if anyone else experiences this and how they deal with it xx

Yup - you could be me...

Week before I could eat for Ireland (or England!) but the week of my TOTM, I couldn't care less if I never saw a bite to eat!

Crazy isn't it? - But at least it's a pattern that you can deal with rather than random gains which you can't explain!

Yup, same here. Always crave carbs whilst on and just before star week. Im really wanting a Mug Shot as we speak but trying to resist so off to bed with a hot water bottle instead!

Before i start i want rubbish but once i start i feel motivated causes its like a new start but i think that has to do with i ttc for 5 years and starting my period was a new start for me. its a hard habit to change

I feel exactly the same before my star week and just try to have more SS foods to keep feeling full! Also try having more fruit around and make good use of my syns :)

I am having that problem today. It's only 9.30 and I have eaten a bowl of special k 2 toast 2 eggs and a yogurt and I still want more!!

me too.. star week is a killer :( i have to stock right up on free and super free snack foods... and i normaly change my lunch so i have a jacket spud for lunch not just sarnies as i find bigger more heavier meals help.
I also find drinking alot more helps =^v^=
