Starbucks coffees

Went for a coffee with my friend and had a tall vanilla latte, forgot to ask for it being made with skimmed milk rather than whole- just wondered if the coffees are made with full fat as standard or not or if it could have been skimmed milk I was drinking?

Any thoughts would be appreciated x

normally they are made with full fat milk unless you ask otherwise.

Ah thanks gem, have found the nv's on the starbucks website and have pointed it at 4.5.

Today I had an eggnog latte, couldn't resist as the red cups are only available for a limited time :) Couldn't find nutritional info for it on the UK starbucks site, so I used the US values and a tall eggnog latte is 8 points!! eeek, will have to be a very very occasional treat ;)

lol yea for 8 pts lol hope it was good x

Skim milk is my best friend at starbucks!Plus their sugar free syrups. Studies have showed that people that diet who get enough calcium lose more weight than those who don't!So keep on drinking lattes!:)hehehe

I wish they would do the eggnog latte with skimmed milk but they can't here :( They do it in America but I guess they must only have the one type of eggnog over here.
