Hi all, not sure if anyone has posted on here previously about this one so apologies if they have but just wondering if anyone could tell me if I could use my milk allowance for this or if it is easier to just syn it?

Used it as a healthy extra one day so only counted it as half a syn an then the next day used 6.5 syns! Didn't affect weight loss as lost 6.5lb so happy to keep drinking them!
