hi could anyone tell me the points in a grande caramel light frappuccino from starbucks,iv been very naughty and had a frapp and a rocky road,i no a rocky road is 12.5 points but just wondered about the frapp,wanted to work out how many points iv gone over by so i can eat less for the next few days b4 weight in!!!!!!!

You'll be happy to know that the Grane Caramal light Frappuccino is 3 points, thats according to the eat out book, it also says the Rocky Road is 8.5 not 12.5 xx
