Why are you waiting so long? Why not just start right back again tomorrow? Thats another few days 'wasted'? Remember- we ALL fall off the wagon- don't use it as an excuse to eat cr*p for another few days until the start of a new week?
This is a lifestyle change you have to make- not a short period of time until you lose the weight?
You have to learn to live each day as it comes- that means some days you'll eat really healthily, others you might go out with friends for a meal & a few drinks- but you have to learn to balance it all so the weight comes off & stays off.
We all have cra**y eating days, but just start over the next day and it'll get easier!
Have to agree with Irish mum here, I used to wait until a new diet week to 'start again' not anymore, start right now, so much time wasted by myself in thinkin that way, and to add that the whole point of calorie counting is that you never 'blow it' as no food is a sin food is fuel, so you fill up the tank too much you just have to make sure you don't the next day. Words like 'blown it' and 'start again' are words which stop us from losing weight and are destructive, eating shouldn't be viewed in this way. Just carry on... eat only your cals the next day xx
