Start cambridge diet next monday

Hiya all I'm new here! I'm start Cambridge diet on Monday 21st Feb I'm excited but also a bit scared that I wont finish my journey I need to lose at least 4st 9lbs I'm going to a wedding in America and also a holiday to Dubai

Do you guys have any tips for me? And how much have you lost on CD in what length of time?
