I tried EE but I was not eating religiously 1/3 of my daily food in superfree foods. I ate plenty of fruit but I understand for EE to work you really do have to have 1/3 daily allow on superfree stuff.
Have decided to pretty much stick with green or red days unless I am going out somewhere and will switch to EE.
Green day
Breakfast: Porridge (hex b1) and milk (hex a1) and grapes
Lunch: Jacket potatoe and baked beans with cheese (hex a2)
Dinner/snacking at work (this is when I eat lots when I am at work from 4 p.m.): Salad with two boiled eggs, peach, plums and 2 alpen lights (hex b2) and 2 x 25 g walkers crisps = 13 syns.
Am going to look at other people's food diaries as I don't seem to have much imagination as to what to eat. I did a few red days but kept having bacon and eggs etc for breakfast and that just does not feel healthy/conducive to weight loss!!
I need red day inspiration?
