started exercising

... nothing too strenuous, just 30 mins swimming. But OMG I am aching like mad.

At least it's a sign that my muscles have done something, and do you know what? i really enjoyed it.

I think i'll start going 3 times a week.

fingers crossed for a good loss next Monday.
 
2nd swim of the week done, managed 30 lengths with much fewer rests than Monday's swim.

Looking forward to friday's swim now, and i feel great today. I don't know if it's linked to the exercise but i'm in a really good mood.

Would thouroughly recommend swimming.
