Started last week!

I started slimfast last week and really enjoying it up to now. I lost 5 pound this week!!

I think I will keep a running diary on here to look back over, should I just do it here or in the seperate diary thread.

You all are doing brilliantly and cant wait to get to know you all.

That is brilliant, what a result, I am hoping for a good 1st week loss as well, cant say I am enjoying it though, am starving most of the time. The drink fills me at the time, but go to bed really feeling hungry with lots of stomach gurgling !!!!!!!!

i am not feeling too hungry to be honest, I was the first few days but not bothering me now.

I tend to have a shake at about 11ish, then i have 2 of my 100 cal snacks at dinnertime, (2 ryvita and cheese triangle and 100 cals of fruit), then a shake at 3.30 ish then my meal and snack on a night. My meals are not normally 600 cals usually a bit less.

I also go to the gym at 7am before work monday - friday!!!

It does seem to get easier x x
