I started LL last night. I have set up a ticker but how do I incorporate that into my signature here?

Well done for joining, the support on here is fantastic it will really help tou on your weight loss journey.

You need to cut & paste yur ticker into your signature, save it & it will appear each time you post.

There is a thread in the technical forum about how to do your ticker in your signature....which is probably better than me trying to explain it !
