Have been hovering around for a couple of weeks, reading diaries etc. I have now completed 1 full day!
I've had

banana shake at 7.15
strawberry shake at 12.45
Choc Shake at 5pm till hungry after
mac & cheese with cauli & mushrooms 6.30

have had about 2.5 litres of water plus 4 black coffees. The only time I felt really hungry was coming home from work and had shake as soon as I got in the door! Still felt hungry after so had mac & cheese which felt really filling.

I think I will be able to manage this diet ok

Well done Claire, keep up the good work and before you know it you will be a week down with some great results x
