Started Today!

Well I took my first tablet a few hours ago now and i ate a bowl of crunchy nut. Nothing else now till my dinner, which is steamed fish, steamed new potatoes and steamed vegatables. (can you tell i brought a new steamer today?!? lol) Just wanted to know how you are finding it on these tabs and does it really work? Im Looking To Lose at Least 2 Stones by the end of August. Which will be hard but it is possible. How is everyone doing ? x
