starting 07.09.07

i am starting on Friday morning. I just wanted to know what I will be able to have for breakfast. I think there is a 2 week introduction with lower cals isn't there! I will be able to get lunch while I am at work from Asda but will need my brekkie!!

Any ideas of what choices I have.

Hi,
Most cereals will fit into the plan,Weetabix is a good option because you know exactly how many calories you are eating.Toast and jam might be another idea.
You are quite right there is a 2 week kickstart which allows you 1200 calories a day.
