Oh dear! Not very syn free at all then! Still... Has to be better for me than McDonalds and still within my syn limit - JUST! Haha.


I've found out today that one wholemeal thin can be HE B! So 5 syns in total for the burgers! :D
 
Tonight I have gone off plan (ish?)

My other half has got a new job and starts on Monday! So we have had a Chinese to celebrate (Oh oh!)

However I've had the least synful option- chicken and mushroom with boiled rice.

It was delicious! I am completely stuffed and now have the "why did I eat so much, I feel sick" feeling!

I'm giving myself time for my meal to go down then off to prep tomorrow's packed lunch - salad!
 
I haven't given up - I've been away for a week visiting family. I have been half on/half off the plan for the last week but did manage to increase my exercise! :whacky068:

Back home now and changed my weigh day to Mondays and the result is -2lbs!! :woohoo:I have no idea how as I ate out several times and had 2 take always although I did try to choose sensibly! I'm hoping that my body won't have a delayed reaction and pile the pounds on for next weeks weigh in. Again, I'm away for the weekend but determined to stay on plan the best I can!

I have my dreaded cardiology appointment next Monday so I'd be thrills to get into the 11 stone bracket for then! Fingers crossed and happy, healthy eating will get me there!
 
Hi! I've not been on here in ages because I've been so busy working and we were away for a family weekend too!

I've not been completely on plan as still trying to enjoy the socialising and eating out etc but I have been making semi concious decisions to pick small portions or healthier options.

So today I weighed myself as it's one of my "target" days. I wanted to be in the 11 stone bracket for my cardiologist appointment that is this afternoon. I am so nervous about the appointment and just don't want him to say "it's because you're over weight". Well, I'm still over weight but I'm not obese! And I'm 7lbs lighter than I was at the last appointment! I have made it into the 11 stone bracket! JUST! :scale::wee:

Fingers crossed the appointment goes ok. I want everything to be normal but at the same time maybe a little something not seriously wrong to explain my symptoms so it doesn't feel like I'm going mad?! Does anyone else ever feel like that?

I stayed the same this week but that's ok! I haven't been 100% on track for a while now and have enjoyed a few week treats!

I did have a big win this week though. I put on my work trousers and managed to get the zip to the very top and button them up without feeling like I'm being squeezed to death! This is very exciting for me as when I went back to work after my Christmas break I couldn't even zip the zip up!!

So I'm pleased! The lbs are being a little stubborn but the inches must be coming off so I won't be discouraged!
 
Hey - love your posts, very honest and truthful. I joined a SW club just over a week ago (previously have joined online) I felt I needed the knowledge that someone was going to weigh me each week . It's great that your motivated to go it alone and somewhat inspirational. I have set a weight loss target of nearly 3 stone.
Like you I struggle with fluids - so I made up a water bottle today with some lemon Slices in to strip away extra fat. I will get to goal (one day!) just have to remember to drink it now!
 
Hey, loving your posts! I've joined the SW Groups and haven't been 100% on track this week, going to go to group in 15 mins, fingers crossed!!!!!
