Well i lost about 1.5stone last year on SW and was so chuffed, but lost the plot then started my midwifery degree and needless to say the boxes of chocolates, long shifts and night shifts have swiftly seen that weight loss disappear!
I gave myself easter off but am now back on SW, i'm not going to class as i really cannot afford it and with such erractic shift patterns i'd probably make about 2 classes out of 6!
I was wondering if there are any other shift workers that have any tips for how to keep going without resorting to chocolate/sweets etc etc to keep you going through the 12.5hr shifts. Night shifts also mess me up - i end up surviving on cereal and toast for every meal!
Tips and suggestions welcomed
