hi all, im back again, starting tomorrow. im thinking of trying a mix of sf an pp like wake up in the morning and see what i feel, do sf one day maybe pp the next, i have read in the new ww mag u can do this now, but has anyone done it and had good results?!

Yup- it works!!! I find that sf ends up with similar points to it anyway x

do u mix the days up now or r u still just doing sf?
its my first day back and im feeling it hard not to eat all the xmas crap in the cupboard but so far ive resisted may start my diary again on here

I mix the days- usually sf during the week but it depends on cooking etc. I have a diary here if it helps?? X
