Starting Again

Hi Everyone

Today is another day, and i'm starting again !! I was doing so well but went down with the flu, & the diet went down with it !! so i'm starting again and I will loose that 2 stone i put on xx. I know i can do it and hopefully i will be in ketosis in a few days and the hunger pangs will subside. Hope you are all doing well, and no doubt i will be posting on minimins as for me i find it really helpful.

Hi guys. I'm also back on exante having tried it last June. I started on 30th dec as I was feeling so bad about myself over Xmas. So I'm on day 5 & all ok so far. Good luck with both of yours! Hils
