starting again

Hi I started a month before Christmas and lost 6lbs! Then I went off the wagon over Christmas and the period since. So after 2 months off the wagon I am back. Not going to meetings at the moment as I just don't have the time with placement and coursework (I am a student social worker doing a masters!). I do not currently have any scales at home though. Can anyone recommend me a good pair of accurate bathroom scales?

I use the weight watchers digital ones, they were always accurate with the SW class scales when I used to go to class

hello. i also have we scales and they would give me pretty similar readings to the group scales. sometimes maybe half or 1lb out.

I have the Weight Watchers ones too, deffo the most accurate if your not going to classes for a weigh in, or try boots, you get a read out of your stats.
