Starting again...

Well I'm back... I've put on half a stone since mid November, but I'm in the right frame of mind and feeling extremely positive.

I've stuck to the plan so far today, and have even been to the driving range to hit a few golf balls with my dad... I only did about 30, but my arms are really aching. We're making plans to go twice a week. Considering I usually sit on my backside and do nothing that is a definate improvement.

I've also taken up cross stitching, and (latch hook) rug making again. And I've started a subscription for that 'Learn How to Knit' magazine that was advertised. That's three hobbies that will keep me busy, and also keep my hands busy so I'm unable to eat!

I'm really excited, and just taking it one day at a time. By the end of the year I will be at my goal weight of 9st 10lbs!
