Starting Cambridge Diet next week & nervous!

    Hi everyone,

    I am starting the cambridge diet next week and feel nervous to say the least! I am excited about starting my weight loss journey but would really love any advice or words of encouragement you people have!

    I'm 5'8 and 15 stone. Did any of you start off a similar weight to me and how did you find/are you finding the diet?

    Me :) I was 14.12 and now 12.13 and just ending week 7. Weight loss is below.

    My advise is stick with it, the first week - 10 days were really hard for me but I stuck with it and now feel really good on it. Not Hungary at all and feel really good. Just keep reading on here ask us any questions.

    Sounds like you are doing really well! Thanks for replying :) Makes it feel so much better when I know other people have done it and its worked! Just excited to get started now & kick these bad eating habits of mine! Hopefully in not too long I will be writing about my weight loss so far!!

    Hii guys :)

    Im on day 2 , feeling really dizzy at the moment , needed some motivation so I though I'd comment .
    Its really hard , thinking about food all the time , and not baring the stomach pains !

    When will it get easier ???

    I cant wait for my weigh on Saturday .

    Gets a lot easier. I struggled until day 6 and then was fine. Keep going. I'm now in week 8 so can't be that bad :) x

    Hey :)

    Well I'm now coming on towards the end of day 2, I have felt sick, had the shakes, was staving about 3pm but trying to remain positive.....finding it hard having my hubby and kids eating normally!! :(

    I have started on soul source plus, I'm 5ft 8in and my starting weight was 17st 1 and three quarters..... :eek:

    How are you all doing ? Please tell me better than me lol x x x

    Hi all.

    I'm coming to the end of day 4.

    My first three days where awful. Was so hungry wanted to cry.

    It does get easier. Just remember to space out your shakes and drink fluid throughout the day.

    Hi everyone! So I couldn't start last week in the end because during my first day I had an accident and ended up on pain killers! How annoying. I would have been having my first weigh in today. Just a minor set back though!

    Off the pain killers now and started again today! Hoping to just fight through this first week and I am sure each day gets easier. My target weight seems a long way off but I really want to do it!

    Nice to see other people starting it the same time as me and sticking at it!

    Come on people, we can do it! Lets all be here in a few months talking about our amazing weight loss! It'll all be worth it in the end is what I keep saying!! How are you all doing this week?? xxx
