Had a terrible day. I was violently sick after the first one and haven't touched anything since. My CDC wonders if I've had a reaction to such a high concentration of vitamins and minerals. Apparently in rare cases people do. I was advised to half the sachet and double the water. Personally I can't let another thing past my lips right now. I'mm sipping water and feeling sorry for myself. Epic fail...
