starting exante

Hello everyone,

I have just ordered a weeks supply of exante. I am looking forward to starting it as I so need and want to lose weight, but I'm worried about the side effects.

I'm 5'4 and weigh 14st 5 pds at the moment.

ive almost completed week 2 and only side effect ive had so far is constipation

Don'y worry too much about the side effects, I also have only suffered from constipation.

If you make sure your drinking enough water and have laxatives/paracetamol on stand by you should have no trouble.

I'm starting on tuesday. I do feel nervous about it, I'm worried I'll slip up, but I so want to do this x

The most important thing is not to stay 100% its to make sure you get right back on it the next day and don't give up!

Good luck and welcome Boleyna ... I worried about side effects, especially having 2 kids to look after, but as the others have said, as long as your drinking lots and have paracetamol on hand for any aches/headaches you'll be fine, especially when ketosis kicks in and your energy levels go way up!
