Good luck! The first few days can be difficult, but you must push through them as it gets so easy after that, the hunger disappears. I'd advise you to tell your husband so he can support you, ensure you stay on track, but also make sure you won't be in any situations where you might slip up - obviously its up to you though!
What flavour shakes do you have? Are you having just the three shakes a day? The first day is unusual, it's difficult to know when to have each one. If you're feeling really hungry but want to space them out, remember you can always have them in halves.
