Starting from scratch charlotte_k diary

Today I have had a fruit pot 120 calories and a subway salad 203 calories. Total of 323 calories.

I'm feeling more hungry today but i'm trying to push through it lol xxx
 
Here is a list off foods that I am allowed to eat, in case anyone wants to know. Meat, fish, shellfish, eggs, tree nuts, vegetables, fruit, berries, mushrooms, herbs and spice seeds.

I better stop putting salt in my stir fry lol.

I hope tomorrow goes ok. My dad is visiting so I need to make sure I still eat in my 6 hour window and if we go out make sure I make the right choices.

How are you getting on? 9lbs - amazing! Try to ensure you're not having too few calories though ... 323 is far too low!
 
I've not been on for a while as I have had a little accident. I have fractured my leg. I'm still eating well but won't weigh myself until the cast is off. Hope you are all well xxx
 
Oh chick I'm so sorry to hear that! Really hope you feel better soon ... And ultimate kudos to you for continuing to eat well ...that's really good going! I bet you're doing fab.
