So I've finally done it! Got my boxes this morning and have just spent the last hour unpacking and looking at my new goodies! I must say I'm pleasantly suprised, although I'm slightly worried about the size of the granola! Have just had a pizza and some chocolate as my 'last supper,' and have weighed myself and taken some measurements- not good!

Part of me is nervous and part of me quite excited. I've heard so many good things about this diet, I'm just hoping that I've got the will power to stick to it. Hope I'll be able to come on here and get some words of wisdom in the coming weeks-wish me luck!

How have you got on today? I bet you were pleasantly surprised at the way that apparently 'small' portion of granola filled you up weren't you! x

Yep, how did day 1 go?

I was also surprised with the granola but it really does do the job - more so than the lunchtime soup anyway hehe!

Hi everyone, well I'm still here! Have now done a day and a half and fingers crossed it's been fine. The granola is fine and I haven't been feeling hungry mid-morning. Not too impressed with the milkshake, but the soup I had today was fab! I've had a bit of a headache this afternoon but I'm just trying to keep busy and drink lots of water.

I'm out tonight with some friends in town for drinks- I've volunteered to drive and I think I'll stick to sparkling water. Am looking forward to my three bean chilli later. Hope everyone has had a good day!
